I am the third owner of a Fiat Punto 1.2 16V ELX Speedgear 2000 and I was having an alternator issue. My second owner had replaced pulley and voltage regulator and had repaired few times. I also replaced a voltage regulator after owning the car. When I was searching google for part numbers I found this web site. I initiated the communication with them and the problem was they do not shipping outside UK but after number of emails I have managed to get it delivered to a trustworthy freight forwarder in UK who forwards to Sri Lanka. I received the shinning piece and the same day I went to my mechanic and fixed it. Then only I realized my previous Garage has fixed a voltage regulator which does not sending signal to voltage sensing wire which connects to the ECU. In this kind of situation the ECU does not intelligently charges the battery which may lead to overcharge and lower the liquid level due to boiling of the battery. And also I had metallic noise due to worn pulley. Now everything working smoothly. Thanks for the great product and will definitively do the business again.
